Other than carrying papa bag all day long, sometimes I need a break to just stop by any of the nearby retail outlets and grab only diaper pouch with a bottle of milk. Maybe, during those days when I want to say hi to a friendly neighbor around the corner, that is the most convenient item to bring along. Toss in one or two diapers, wet wipes and not to forget the changing mat, that's it... you are now all set to go.
