Who should win the 2011 Reader's Digest Trusted Brand Awards?

This year I have the chance to vote for the 2011 Reader's Digest Trusted Brand Awards. It is a once-in-a-year opportunity to vote for the brands I trust! The voting deadline is on October 31, 2010. As a token of appreciation, the first 1,000 respondents in Asia will receive a gift; A Mini Portable Music Player with Earpiece. But, I do not expect to win the gift considering I only post it several days after receiving the mail.

There are four (4) part of questions of which every part asks different questions. The awaited questionnaires are in Part II. I have to write ONE brand for each category; the brand that I trusted the most. Once I have written the name of a brand in a category, the scale to rate is from 1 to 5 (1=Poor 2=Fair 3=Good 4=Very Good 5=Excellent) on six (6) attributes and whether I would recommend it or not.

The brand attributes are:

1] Trustworthiness & Credibility

   - The brand is believable, safe to use, and consistently delivers on the promises it makes

2] Quality

   - The products offered by the brand are well-made/ well-designed

3] Value

   - The brand offers good value for money

4] Understanding of Customer Needs

   - The brand regularly demonstrates that it responds to and satisfies your changing needs as a customer

5] Innovative

   - The brand regularly introduces new products, features or services

6] Social Responsibility

   - The brand supports the community, the environment, and its employees, and practices good corporate ethics

7] Recommendation

   - "Yes" if recommend this brand to someone who trusts my opinion; otherwise "No"

I have to answer as many categories as I can and not necessarily have had to own or experienced it. RD just want to know if I had to single out ONE brand. What would that be?
