Isn’t it weird to work in a company such as this?. Do not ever try to apply any job in this company because of the staff benefit is like shit (it’s really is). The manager told me once that the bonus for excellent staff only maximum of 1 ½ month salary. So, I’ve got the bonus last feb and it’s totally bullshit.

Medical card (for hospitalization) is not available for an executive like me. It’s only provided to the level of senior management (Manager) and above.

So, should you have to undergo a surgery, you must prepare the money, pay and then claim from the company.

As for the clinical & dental claims, you also have to pay first and then claim later. Sometimes, if staff claim for bill priced more than RM50, he/she’ll get scolded by the HR.

Total of 700 allocation for such claims per year but the duration of reimbursement is like shit.

The summary is, if you want to work in the company such as this, you’ll have to pray and make sure your health is 100% for as long as you work.

The other thing that I despise is the IT dept blocks all kind of software and hardware other than they have provided.

I have to convert the files online via free web such as .pdf to .doc. Thumb drive, multi card storage, card reader etc also forbidden.

Maybe it’s illegal to reveal the company name. E-mail me if you want to know the company name and company Group with header titled: “Whizurl's Journal: Give me your company name please” at whizurl82@gmail.com .The company is kind of huge but the truth inside is sucks.
