Small group in my company collected MYR2 per pax for a small food feast and the honor to be the cook is my colleague. She was the one who prepared all the necessary elements for "Pengat Ubi" dishes. This is due to we feel like having a break on the day before Christmas holiday.
Believe it or not, our management has decided to make Saturday as rest day for all employees (I mean officially!). This is sure a good news for us (who's lazy to drag our feet into the office door every Saturday morning). So, back to this "Pengat Ubi" thingy thing, the taste is so good, we also enjoy the moment of eating together. Indulge with Delicious Dessert named as "Pengat Ubi" really lifting up my mood to work.
