Terms of Purchase
  • Please read through the following terms and conditions before making your purchase via Whizurl's Shop's Blog ("WS Blog"). You are deemed to have understood, acknowledged and agreed to the following terms by placing an order for our products and services.

Order made via WS Blog 
  • Please fill in your order details on the Order Form page.
  • Completed and submitted order will only be reserved for 24 hours. 
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains the banking details for you to make payment for your purchase.
  • Please send your payment receipt if payment made via ATM/Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)* or screenshot if payment made via online.
(*For ATM transfers/CDM, all payment details have to be accompanied by a SNAPSHOT of the transaction receipt. Scanned copies of the receipt will not be accepted and Whizurl's Shop reserves the right to void orders without the snapshot of the receipt for verification.)
  • Whizurl's Shop will verify and process payment within 24 hours of notification. 
  • Whizurl's Shop accepts payment via PayPal (whizurl82@gmail.com) with the following additional admin charges: 2.9% as a fee for each transaction plus $0.30 from the final amount.

Order made via Other Online Platforms
  • Please refer to the guideline and rules provided by each of the online platforms. We are selling on Carousell, Etsy, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook, Mudah.my, eBay, and Shopee MY under name WhizurlShop or Whizurl's Shop.

Delivery
  • Kindly verify that the correct item, size, and color are reflected on the invoice that is sent to you. Exchange/refund will not be entertained for the wrong item ordered.
  • Kindly also ensure the correct name, delivery address and valid contact number are provided.
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days upon verification of payment.
  • Whizurl's Shop will send your parcel using PosLaju by Pos Malaysia Berhad.

Exchanges for Defective/Wrong Item(s) received
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective or the wrong item is received. All exchanges will strictly only be handled via mail. 
  • Defective/wrong item(s) has to be mailed back within 14 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag/label intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  • Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined.
  • Please send a snapshot of the defect or wrong item(s) to us at whizurl82@gmail.com
  • Normal postage for the defective/wrong item(s) sent will be reimbursed by Whizurl's Shop. There is strictly no cash refund or item change unless the exact same piece is out of stock.

Exchanges for Incorrect Size purchased
  • Whizurl's Shop strictly does not entertain requests for exchange on wrong size/color item(s) purchased.

Products
  • Representation of color of products may differ from reality due to the color calibration of individual's computer and perception. Variance in color may not be considered as a defect.
  • Measurements given in the posts are based on the approximation and cloth labels.

Usage of Whizurl's Shop Content
  • Content extracted from https://whizurlshop.blogspot.my/ that is published or shared on any platforms must be credited. Whizurl's Shop reserves the rights to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this content.

WHIZURL'S SHOP reserves the right to make amendments to the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
