How To Turn Off Reading Mode in Mic Word 2013

Have you ever feel annoyed when opening up a Mic Word document and it’s displayed in reading mode by default? This is normal scenario if you’ve installed Mic Office 2013 in your pc/desktop. If you have discovered the way to overcame it, well done and good job :). For those who has not, just follow below steps. I discovered this from some researches on Google the other day and it would be beneficial to share this knowledge around…

Step 1    | Close all your Mic Word document(s) –if you’re currently working on any
Step 2    | Click on the Windows ‘Start’ button and select ‘Word 2013’ from the list of program names
Step 3    | Open a New document or select ‘Blank document’ from the templates
Step 4    | Click on ‘FILE’ button from the top menu bar in Word 2013



Step 5    | Click on ‘Options’ button from the list of menus

 

Step 6    | From the windows popup ‘Word Options’, select ‘General’ tab button.
Step 7    | Un-tick the check box ‘Open e-mail attachments and other uneditable files in reading view.
Step 8    | Click on ‘OK’ button, close the Mic Word 2013 and then try open any of Word files ;)
